Ambercrest is a 55 years and older gated community. At least 80% of the occupied units shall be occupied by at least one person 55 years of age or older. No persons under the age of 35 are allowed to reside on the premises unless they are the spouse or a dependent of an occupant owner or occupant lessee. No persons under the age of 18 are allowed to reside on the premises.

Our community has a shared pool area, but no clubhouse.

Domestic pets are limited in size to 50 pounds. There is a pet area in the SW corner of the community.

Ownership in the Ambercrest community includes HOA fees which provide: insurance for the structure of the homes and property, painting and roofing of the units, landscaping and sprinkler maintenance, pool area maintenance, water and sewer fees, and snow removal.

We have an active 7-member Board of owners that oversees our professional management company.

Homeowners who are interested in selling their units usually list with a local realtor. There is no sales office within the Ambercrest development.
