CONDOMINIUM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

The Ambercrest community brought an entirely new idea of condominium lifestyle to the Wenatchee Valley. Two visionary developers patterned this community after the area of Mill Creek in North Seattle. A completed neighborhood of 69 homes began in 1997 and was built out in 2005. Numerous floor plans were offered in this secure, gated community - ranging from approximately 1,100-2,100 square feet. A pristine swimming pool, doggie area, stunning landscaping, serene 55+ atmosphere, and professional property management all combine for pleasant living!

We have a Board of Directors and various teams to care for all aspects of home ownership. Our monthly dues cover all maintenance, including exterior house painting. This monthly fee includes a reserve fund amount that builds a healthy "savings base" for needed capital improvements and eliminates unexpected assessments. This assures excellent property values benefiting all residents in our community.
